WARRANTY & POLICY SCOPE
A. What the Warranty Covers
Lifesports Inc. warrants that the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a specified period (stated below), provided that the product is used and stored under normal conditions.
B. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover the following:
• Damage caused by improper use, negligence, abuse, or misuse.
• Damage as a result of shipping or transportation after the goods have been received by the client.
• Damage that has occurred within the client’s selling area.
• Damage caused by water, fire, flood, impact with other objects, or other fortuitous events.
• Damage caused by pests or rodents.
• Exposure to direct sunlight and/or poor storage (heat, humidity, or other)
